e-Decorating FAQ’s

1.  What if I don’t like your recommendations? We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! Just send us an email letting us know which item you don’t like and we will find a  substitute.

2.  How long will it take to receive my room design? (e-Perfect Paint Palette™, e-Mood Board or e-Instant Room™)  We ask that you allow us 10 days to 3 weeks based on the complexity of the project, after we receive your Lifestyle Questionaire and photos . Of course, you can call or email us if you need your eRoom Design more quickly and we will do our best to accommodate you!

3.  Can I speak to my Designer? Of course!  You can call us anytime at 800-398-0429 and you can always email us for a prompt response!

4.  What’s the difference between e-Decorating and e-Instant Rooms?  Your e-Decorating purchase is 100% virtual and delivered to you via email. We design your room based on the answers you provide in the Lifestyle Questionaire.  It is custom made, just for you and is one of a kind. Our e-Instant Rooms are pre-designed and are available to as many people that want to purchase it.  All items will be the same as , or most similar to, the items shown on the e-Instant Room design order form.

5.  I really don’t want to measure my room or take pictures. What do I do now? We are more than happy to design a generic size room for you. You can still choose your style and preferences!

6.  Can you design my entire house? Yes!  Please call us for a personalized quote on your project!

7. Are all rooms just $250?  Due to their complexity, we do charge a little extra for kitchens and bathrooms. We are happy to provide you with a quote based on your kitchen or baths particular size. Just give us a call or drop us an email.

8. Can I give this as a gift?  Our e-Decorating Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts!  From Weddings and Anniversaries to Birthdays and New Home celebrations, choose a Gift Certificate that fits your needs!

9. Can I get a refund? We are sorry, but we can not issue refunds once the design work has begun.
