I come to your home and spend time viewing, photographing, and taking notes about your home’s interior and exterior needs. I assess first what can and should be done to prepare the home in order for it to show better and sell faster. Whether you are staging your home for sale or redesigning it, we will discuss your wants, needs, goals and expectations. I will then prepare an introductory report with quotes for further services if necessary.

I offer this exclusive, money-saving service to those who want to do all the work themselves. The “Do It Yourself” (DIY) Action Plan is an extensive, 30+ page report detailing all of the actions we recommend you should take to transform your home whether you are selling or redesigning! We give you all of our expertise as well as tips and tricks from the pros so you can take the time to do the packing and staging yourself! You won’t find this unique product with any other home stager in our area! For clients wishing to redesign their home, you will get the decorators touch without the designer price tag!
